Elisa and Glen were married in the Hemingway Room at The Commons Calgary. The industrial venue was transformed into a romantic garden with the use of hundreds of pink, peach and white blooms and greenery. Our floral team created two 8 foot tall floral columns for their ceremony backdrop with two shorter 4 foot columns lining the start of the aisle. Elisa loves flowers and unique blooms which lead us to using pink ice protea, blushing bride protea and cymbidium orchids in her bouquet. She also had to have panda anemones, her favorite flower! We also used peach eremurus as a unique line flower for the floral columns and all of the centerpieces had pink dahlias, blush peonies, white ranunculus, panda anemones and more seasonal blooms to create a lush and inviting indoor garden vibe.
The ceremony florals were reused behind the sweetheart table which made for a beautiful backdrop for photos of the happy couple during the reception. It truly was a beautiful wedding for two beautiful people!
