Spring Wedding at Silvertip Resort

Spring in the Rocky Mountains is always unpredictable but, Olivia and Mike tied the knot in Canmore, Alberta on a rainy, but beautiful day at Silvertip Resort.

Foggy skies, low hanging clouds and a down pour happened at Silvertip just minutes before the wedding. As luck would have it, the clouds parted just before the ceremony started. With nearly clear skies and the crisp, dewy mountain air surrounding them, Olivia and Mike said 'I do' before all of their loved ones and it was absolutely gorgeous!

 Our team decorated the gazebo for their outdoor ceremony with lush greenery and colourful florals to make their backdrop feel feminine and bring garden vibes to this mountain escape. Good thing flowers like rain because they got a little shower and were extra vibrant for the ceremony. For the reception we transferred these florals and decorated the beautiful fireplace mantel. The space was filled with warm candles, a whimsical greenery garland down the head table, bud vases for guest tables, and fairy lights to make the reception feel warm and intimate.

We are so glad that Rocky Mountain Photo Co. captured this beautiful day and that we could work with Signature Weddings by Ashley who was the wedding coordinator!
